Jindabyne is one of the most popular destinations in New South Wales for a skiing holiday. Situated at the foot of the range on the shores of Lake Jindabyne, the town provides a convenient location to stay and make a base from which it is easy to access all of the local ski resorts via the ski tube. There is also a regular shuttle bus from Jindabyne to both Thredbo Village and Perisher Blue however the most convenient and quickest method of accessing the slopes is via the ski tube. Jindabyne is easy to access as there are regular flights with coach connections from both Canberra and Cooma airports.
